Our dynamic manufacturing company is seeking a Permanent Systems Analyst to join our IT department. This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive the implementation and management of our business systems, ensuring optimal performance to support our strategic objectives. As a Systems Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance our business operations and processes. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation, configuration, and management of business systems to optimize operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions.
• Use advanced SQL skills to manage and manipulate data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the Paycom, Nutware, and Famous software systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Conduct system tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, program logic, and flowcharts.
• Provide user training and support, enhancing system understanding and utilization.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and developments, recommending enhancements to improve system performance and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Advanced SQL skills, with a strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Experience with Paycom, Nutware, and Famous software systems is essential.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into manageable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems would be an added advantage.
